Shallows has always been apart of me. No matter how far I stray away, I always find myself back where I’m meant to be. After meeting someone at the Whole Foods down the street from the studios, every fiber of my being told me, it was meant to be. It may sound crazy, but she changed my life. Thank you, as well.

Who isn’t crazy after spending a few decades on this planet…so yea I think you’re crazy but I’m right there with you. Also I’ve been binging your oceans podcasts like crazy(even made my way to Senpai for an Afterdark special)…I’ve been fascinated with how you think and how it resonates so deeply with my being. These conversations you have with yourself are mind bogglingly similar to my thoughts, journaling, private convos with loved ones. This episode made me laugh, smile, and scream. Thank you
